THE ROLE

The vacancy is a Mortgage & Protection Adviser role, based in Birmingham. The role allows for hybrid working which means both in-office and remote working days will be available.

The successful candidate will be more than capable of demonstrating a high degree of time-management and organisational skills, as well as good attention to detail which will serve them incredibly well during their tenure. They will need to be able to prioritise their workload whilst working calmly and effectively under pressure. In addition, they have a desire to succeed and an appetite to gain qualifications to help achieve career goals in financial services.

It is preferred, but not mandatory, for interested applicants to have some previous experience working with mortgages in the financial services sector.

Salary Range: 50% / 50% split for leads provided | 70% / 30% split for self-generated business
